At Sono Bello, you perform elective aesthetic surgery in dedicated surgical centers with established patient demand and clinical teams. Patient Care Consultants guide patients through the initial consultation and scheduling process. You conduct the preoperative evaluation, assess surgical candidacy, and determine the surgical plan. You enjoy the freedom of clinical decision‑making without the overhead of running a private practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform elective aesthetic surgery, specializing in body contouring and aesthetic procedures.
• Conduct preoperative evaluations and assess surgical candidacy.
• Determine individualized surgical plans with clinical autonomy.
• Collaborate with Patient Care Consultants for consultation and scheduling.
• Work in AAAHC‑accredited surgical facilities with established patient safety protocols.
• Partner with clinical teams and center leadership to ensure safe, efficient surgical care.

Requirements

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (ABPS or AOBS) OR graduate/current fellow of an AACS‑certified General Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship.
• Completion of a U.S.-based residency (current fellows may apply with fellowship training completed before start date).
• Active medical license, or eligibility for licensure, in the state of practice.
• Satisfaction of Sono Bello’s credentialing and surgical privileging requirements.

Pay

Individual earnings typically range from $350,000 to $750,000+ annually, based on schedule, surgical volume, and production. Compensation includes a $60,000 annual base salary plus production‑based earnings, with uncapped earning potential for top performers.

Schedule

A weekday‑focused schedule with no hospital call, averaging 2 days per week.
