HCRC (Health Care Resource Centers) is dedicated to providing individualized treatment integrating pharmacotherapy, clinical counseling, recovery support and medical services. Responsibilities
- Admit patients for methadone and buprenorphine treatment
- Obtain history and perform physical exam
- Document findings and enter orders for methadone dosing in the EMR or write buprenorphine prescriptions (currently via written script under waiver)
- Monitor patient dosages in conjunction with the Treatment Center Director, counselors, and dosing nurses
- Consult on high‑risk patients and conduct annual medication reviews
- Perform other related duties as determined by the supervisor
Requirements
- Board Certified or Eligible in Addiction Medicine
- Current medical license in the state of Massachusetts
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in Addiction Medicine
- Ability to sign off on NP/PA charts
- Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check

Pay
Salary range: $158 – $18
