Part-Time Program Physician Opportunity at Health Care Resource Centers. Location: MA - Chicopee/Northampton/Greenfield/Westfield. Schedule: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm (Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday). HCRC services is dedicated to providing individualized treatment integrating pharmacotherapy, clinical counseling, recovery support and medical services. HCRC addiction treatment programs deliver medically-supervised services for adults in a variety of modalities and settings. Responsibilities

• Admitting patients for Methadone and Buprenorphine treatment.
• Obtain a history and physical exam.
• Document into the EMR, entering orders for methadone dosing in the EMR or writing a buprenorphine prescription (currently using written scripts while transitioning to new EMR).
• Consistently monitor patient dosages in conjunction with the Treatment Center Director, Counselors and Dosing Nurses.
• Consult on patients that are high risk and perform annual medication reviews.
• Perform other related duties as determined by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Eligible in Addiction Medicine
• Licensed in the state of MA
• At least 6 months of experience in Addiction Medicine
• Able to sign off on NP/PA charts
• Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check

Pay

Salary ranges from $158 to $185 per hour. The salary of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, specialty, and training.
