Responsibilities

• Engage employees with a personal relationship through on-site physicians and direct primary care services.
• Deliver thorough, patient-focused primary care to improve health outcomes and reduce overall medical costs for employers.
• Offer flexible work hours at two locations: 65 Billerbeck Street, New Oxford, PA, 17350 and 300 East 7th Avenue York, Pennsylvania 17404.
• Provide exceptional client support and access to on-site physicians.

Requirements

• Master's degree (MS, PA-C)
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Family Practice/Primary Care environment
• Certification as a Physician Assistant (preferred)
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA regulations
• Licensed as a Physician Assistant in the state of practice
• Appropriate certification to write prescriptions under the authority of the Medical Leader, if allowed within state of practice
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of Internet software, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software
• Training skills a plus
• Demonstrated problem-solving and workflow management skills
• Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records

Schedule

• Wed: 7:am-12pm (New Oxford) then 1pm-4:30pm (York)
• Thu: 10:30am-4:30pm (York)
• Fri: 7am-2:30pm (New Oxford)

• New Oxford: Wed- 7:am-12pm, Thurs- 10:30am-4:30pm, Fri: 7am-2:30pm
• York: Wed- 1pm-4:30pm, Thu- 10:30am-4:30pm, Fri: 7am-2:30pm
