Responsibilities

• Engage employees with a personal relationship through on-site physicians and direct primary care services.
• Deliver thorough, patient-focused primary care to improve health outcomes and reduce overall medical costs.
• Provide ample time with patients, averaging 30 minutes per visit.
• Focus on improving patient health, satisfaction, and engagement, not just financial metrics.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Utilize Electronic Medical Records and maintain strong computer skills including knowledge of Internet, spreadsheet, and word processing software.
• Manage workflows effectively and solve problems to enhance patient care.

Requirements

• A master's degree (MS, PA-C)
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Family Practice/Primary Care environment
• Certification as a Physician Assistant (preferred)
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA regulations
• Licensed as a Physician Assistant in the state of practice
• Appropriate certification to write prescriptions under the authority of the Medical Leader, if allowed within state of practice
• Training skills a plus
• Demonstrated problem-solving and workflow management skills
• Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records
