Part Time Physical Therapist- KORT-Home Health- Madison, IN

KORT Physical Therapy in Madison, Indiana and Jeffersonville, IN is seeking experienced Physical Therapists for our Home Health Program. We are your community’s largest provider of orthopedic rehabilitation, delivering orthopedic, post-op, fall prevention, and vestibular rehabilitative services, as well as skilled nursing care. Coverage includes Clark, Floyd & Harrison counties and select areas in Crawford, Jefferson, Scott, and Washington counties.

About the role

This is a part-time position for 16–24 hours per week, with two openings available. We offer a starting compensation of $48.00 per hour plus mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Implement high-quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities with minimal supervision, following physical therapy principles and Select Medical policies.
• Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care.
• Maintain a positive level of interaction with facilities and clients, enhancing and expanding client relations.

Requirements

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
• Outpatient clinical rotation required in lieu of one year of outpatient experience.
• Valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration (required to start).

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior home health experience.
