Part-Time Physical Therapist

About the role

Join a compassionate healthcare team as a Home Health Physical Therapist. In this role, you will develop and deliver personalized physical therapy treatments in patients' homes to improve mobility and independence.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patients' physical strengths to guide care plans.
• Create rehabilitation programs aligned with physician directives and patient goals.
• Supervise PTAs and aides by providing clear instructions and monitoring performance.
• Record patient progress, interventions, and evaluations thoroughly and promptly.
• Communicate updates on patient status to physicians, care teams, patients, and families.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license.
• CPR certification.
• Experience working with healthcare professionals.
• Preferred: at least one year of therapy experience.

This position involves patient interaction, and candidates must adhere to TB screening and driving safety policies, including possessing a valid driver’s license and insurance.
