About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our travel team in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities
- Providing outpatient physical therapy services to patients
- Assessing patient needs and developing treatment plans
- Documenting patient progress and adjusting treatments accordingly
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care
Requirements
- Active outpatient Physical Therapist license in Tennessee
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong clinical skills and patient care abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Schedule
Full-time travel position with 40 hours per week, 5x8 day shifts.
