Part Time Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat adult and geriatric inpatients with various medical and post-surgical conditions.
• Develop evidence-based care plans to improve mobility, safety, and functional independence.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery processes.
• Document patient progress and care in the EMR system.
• Contribute to discharge planning and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and patient-centered standards.
• Maintain a compassionate, culturally responsive approach to care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills for diverse adult and geriatric populations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in acute care settings.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and patient-centered care.
