Part-Time Physical Therapist

About the Role

As a Physical Therapist, you will screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs. You will develop and implement individualized care plans following regulatory and clinical standards, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide interventions.

Responsibilities

• Administer procedures including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive devices.
• Assess patient progress, document treatments, and modify plans based on outcomes.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team about patient status and treatment strategies.
• Prepare discharge summaries and maintain accurate documentation in electronic records.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and conferences related to patient care and professional development.
• Supervise and support rehabilitation staff and students.
• Ensure adherence to professional standards, ethics, and regulatory requirements throughout practice.
