Opportunities

• Deliver outstanding pest and mosquito control services to residential and commercial customers
• Perform detailed property inspections and identify pest-related issues
• Apply treatments using backpack sprayers and other professional equipment
• Execute and reinforce company best practices related to safety, service, and customer care
• Communicate clearly with customers to ensure satisfaction, trust, and long-term loyalty
• Drive a company vehicle to customer properties throughout the service area
• Support route planning, scheduling, marketing and inventory organization
• Assist with holiday lighting installation, maintenance, removal, and seasonal service projects
• Represent the Pest Hunters / Humbug Holiday Lighting brand with professionalism, positivity, and pride

Requirements

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to obtain pest control licensing (training provided)
• Ability to perform physical work, including walking properties, carrying equipment, climbing ladders, and lifting materials as needed
• Previous pest control experience (licensing is a major plus)
• Experience with holiday lighting or permanent lighting installation
• Customer service, delivery driving, or route-based experience (Amazon, Uber, DoorDash, landscaping, etc.)
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset
• A desire to take ownership of your work and grow with a company long-term
