Location & Position Type

Kenmore, Washington 98028 – Full‑time position. Schedule: Monday through Friday, with Saturday work during peak months.

Key Responsibilities

• Recommend and provide estimates for one‑time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
• Serve as the subject‑matter expert for customers, implementing the most efficient and effective pest solution for each individual need.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order, including vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature.
• Devote full attention and time during working hours to the performance of duties as directed by the supervisor and the company.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and in‑person.
• Strong customer‑service and presentation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and to kneel and bend as necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping.
• Self‑motivated and results‑driven.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Pest‑control experience or a pest‑control license (strongly encouraged).
