Part-Time Per Diem Teacher

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential required.
• Experience working in a child care or early childhood education setting.
• Understands and respects children and their developmental needs and interests.
• Ability to be flexible and step into different roles as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education with an Early Childhood Education component/specialization preferred.
• Experience working in a National Association for the Education of the Young Children (NAEYC) Accredited childcare center is a plus.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the NAEYC Accreditation Standards, NAEYC Accreditation process and Teaching Strategies Creative Curriculum is preferred.
• Work experience with infants and toddlers is a plus.
