About the role
As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will work with children from birth to age twenty-one. Teammates provide individualized one-to-one attention and customized care plans. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions to carry skills and home exercises into daily life. The work environment supports multi-disciplinary collaboration and mentorship while maintaining autonomy and growth tailored to each clinician’s passions and expertise.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient pediatric speech therapy services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with families to integrate therapy into daily routines
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and mentorship opportunities
Requirements
- Speech-Language Pathology Assistant AAS Degree or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Certificate
- Current or pending licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant in Virginia
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
