Part-Time Pediatric Dental Assistant

About the role

Assist the pediatric dentist with cleanings, exams, and procedures in a team-oriented environment that values laughter and camaraderie. Create a welcoming, playful atmosphere to make dental visits enjoyable and educational for children.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms with sterile and ready equipment
• Educate children and parents on oral hygiene practices
• Comfort and support young patients during treatments, including managing occasional toddler storms

Requirements

• Experience in dental assisting; pediatric experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills to comfort children and communicate effectively with parents
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Positive attitude with a sense of humor and team spirit
