About the role
As a Patient Intake Coordinator at ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience throughout their treatment journey. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a professional demeanor to handle a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the ambassador for the patient experience, ensuring every patient feels valued and supported.
- Manage the patient intake process, including completion of electronic or paper forms and accurate data entry.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring smooth workflow between clinical and administrative teams.
- Greet patients warmly, manage check-in/check-out, and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.
- Monitor patient wait times and partner with the General Manager to ensure a seamless experience.
- Answer and direct all incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain and update the Center’s calendar to optimize operational efficiency.
- Order and organize patient materials as needed.
- Scan and upload documents into patient records.
- Assist with outgoing shipments and general office organization.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the Center’s success.
Requirements
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities, with strong communication skills.
- Prior dental or medical office experience preferred.
- Experience in patient admissions, scheduling, or treatment planning preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital record systems.
- A team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support colleagues when needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar role preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay
$20.00 - $22.00/hour plus quarterly performance-based bonuses.
Schedule
Predictable Monday-Friday schedule—no weekends required.
