Part-Time Parts & Services Supervisor

About the role

Responsible for managing daily operations in the plant's storeroom, including overseeing Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) procedures and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Managing contingent/contracted manpower
• Generating daily reports, audits, and data management
• Handling plant budget, safety measures, and procurement activities
• Leading MRO calibration activities
• Supporting various departments with systems like Maximo and SAP
• Coordinating shipping, receiving, and internal equipment repairs
• Ensuring compliance with ISO standards and inventory accuracy through audits and cycle counts

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 6 years in equipment management or a related field
• Proficiency in Excel and dashboard tools preferred
• Project management, strong communication, and multitasking skills
