Part-time Supervisor

Role Expectations & Policy Enforcement

• Consistent enforcement of property rules, company policies, and client directives.
• The ability to execute duties as assigned without deviation, based on site-specific expectations.
• A commitment to professional conduct, appearance, and communication standards at all times.
• Understanding that all assignments are client-driven environments, and flexibility is required to meet operational needs.
• Failure to adhere to policies, post orders, or client expectations—including attendance, uniform compliance, conduct, and job performance—may result in progressive discipline up to and including separation of employment.

• An ability to build camaraderie and trust with team members, property management, tenants, and residents.
• A strong ability to lead and direct officers during assigned shifts when needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to patrol assigned property and remain alert and engaged.

Additional Requirements

• Must pass a drug screen.
• Must have a clear criminal record.
• Must comply with all uniform, grooming, and appearance standards as a condition of employment.
• Must adhere to attendance and call-out policies, including proper notification procedures.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of prior security experience; 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Hospitality or customer service experience (preferred).
• A valid driver’s license (preferred).
