Part-Time Paramedic

This full-time position involves assessing emergency situations, utilizing advanced medical equipment (defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen, IV fluids), and providing critical care. Responsibilities

• Evaluate each call to determine the best course of action following progressive protocols.
• Operate medical devices and administer treatments including defibrillation, airway management, and intravenous therapy.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing reassurance and information.
• Lead scene and unit management as needed, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Drive ambulances during emergency responses.
• Collaborate professionally with healthcare and public safety teams.
• Participate in community outreach to enhance agency relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• State Paramedic License and Driver’s License.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic, and CPR (AHA).
• Valid driving record and physical agility.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
