Part-Time Package Handler

About the role

Provide comprehensive closing support within the transaction team, focusing on data management, due diligence review, and document preparation to ensure smooth execution from application to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt and review of due diligence
• Assist with drafting commitments
• Calculate interest payments
• Prepare rate lock confirmations, escrow analyses, and reconciliation of costs
• Generate closing documents and upload documentation
• Prepare accounting and bank packages
• Ensure data accuracy in Salesforce
• Support delivery management with submissions
• Review final loan documentation for securitization
• Follow up on post-closing requests
• Serve as backup for responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of corporate experience preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay

Salary range $55,000–$60,000 plus bonus.

Schedule

Attendance generally from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with remote options on certain days.
