The Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board is seeking a dependable Part-Time Receptionist to provide overnight front desk and administrative support at the BJ Roberts Behavioral Health Center in Hampton, VA. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls using a multiline telephone system.
- Greet and check in clients and visitors and direct or escort them to the appropriate location.
- Provide accurate information regarding programs, services, and locations.
- Record and distribute telephone messages.
- Maintain reception logs, extension lists, records, and conference room calendars.
- Prepare routine correspondence and documents and assist with registration, typing, and filing.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
- Complete requisitions for bill payments and assist with ordering office and program supplies.
- Maintain a professional front desk and reception area.
- Respond to questions, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and discretion.
Overnight Shift Details
This position works every other Friday and Saturday from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. During quieter periods, you will complete administrative support duties, maintain records, update schedules and lists, and help prepare the program for the next shift. We are looking for someone who can remain professional, organized, attentive, and composed while working independently during overnight hours.
