Cub Chanhassen is seeking a dedicated individual for a part-time overnight grocery stock position. This role focuses on stocking procedures, product rotation, and maintaining product availability to ensure a fresh and well-organized shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Complete stocking assignments within allotted time
- Handle product carefully to avoid damage
- Use proper case cutting technique
- Ensure correct placement of stock on shelves
- Rotate and face product to maintain freshness
- Perform clean-up of sales floor and back room
- Assist customers with questions or requests
Requirements
- Operate equipment such as scanners, registers, check approval machines, coupon machines, intercoms, calculators, etc.
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Basic memorization, reading, writing, and math skills
- Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service
- Use good judgment, especially when direct supervision is not immediately available
- Follow verbal or demonstrated instructions, write identifying information, and request supplies verbally or in writing
- Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 16 years of age
Physical Requirements
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- Walking on uneven ground
- Reaching, bending, turning, and repetitive motions
Schedule
- Varied weekly shifts between 10 PM and 6 AM

Pay
UNFI anticipates paying a competitive rate within an established pay range for this position. Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, training, and requirements under applicable collective bargaining agreements.
