About the role

An Advanced Practice Provider (APP) specializing in pain management will join a growing healthcare team, providing outpatient care in a collaborative environment. The setting is outpatient-only with a manageable workload, supportive staff, access to resources, and a focus on community health in a rural hospital serving approximately 60,000 residents.

Responsibilities

• Manage an outpatient caseload with an average of 18 patients daily, including procedures like joint injections.
• Collaborate with current providers.
• Perform clinical duties such as patient assessments, treatment planning, and procedural interventions.

Qualifications

Strong communication and clinical skills in pain management. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Ability to work independently within a team-focused environment.
