Part-time Outpatient Mental Health Therapist (Independently licensed)

About the role

We’re hiring a part-time independently licensed therapist (LPCC, LISW, LMFT, PSY.D, PH.D) to provide therapy for clients ranging from school-aged children through adults at Ellie Westlake. Our mission is to destigmatize mental health and make care accessible.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of 15–20 client hours per week
• Complete assessments and individualized treatment plans
• Use evidence-based and creative interventions to help clients thrive
• Collaborate with a caring and dynamic clinical team

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science field
• Active Ohio license (LPCC, LISW, LMFT, PhD, or equivalent)
• Strong organizational skills for scheduling and documentation
• Passion for therapy and helping clients reach their goals
