Part-Time Orthodontic Assistant

Responsibilities

• Aid the orthodontist chairside
• Take and process digital x-rays
• Support orthodontic procedures and patient flow
• Maintain instruments, sterilization, and operatory setup
• Provide excellent patient care and education
• Collaborate with the multi-specialty team

Requirements

• X-ray certificate or current Michigan RDA license required
• Prior orthodontic assisting experience preferred, but not required
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Professional, reliable, and patient-focused

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one-year related experience and/or training in the dental profession
• Valid X-ray certificate
• Current license if CDA, RDA, or EFDA (per state requirements)
• CPR & first aid certificate
