Responsibilities

• Safely, accurately, and efficiently pull orders in the warehouse
• Palletize orders, shrink wrap pallets, and place them in assigned locations
• Select various grocery, perishable, frozen, or repack products from warehouse stock
• Report adjustments to inventory counts, spoilage, damage, location changes, and out-of-stocks
• Transport product throughout the warehouse via electric pallet jack
• Maintain order selection performance standards for speed, accuracy, minimal damage, and safety
• Assist other department personnel during peak workloads or absences
• Perform duties in accordance with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) policies

Requirements

• Related warehouse or physical labor experience
• Experience with electric pallet jack or reach lift required
• Understanding of safety guidelines and basic RF system functions preferred
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lift 60+ pounds continuously
• Ability to follow selecting procedures and verbal instructions in assigned areas (grocery, repack, cooler/freezer)
• Good judgment, as direct supervision may not always be available
