Part-Time Optometrist (Ballard Optical) - Seattle, WA

About the role

Ballard Optical is seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Optometrist to join our growing team on a part‑time basis. Compensation is above market. The available days are flexible, with an ideal schedule of 1‑2 days per week Monday through Thursday. We are a full‑scope practice providing comprehensive eye examinations, ocular disease treatment/management, contact lens fittings and co‑management services. Our clinic is equipped with Optos, IPL/RF, OCT, VF, iCare and uses Crystal for EMR/PM. We pride ourselves on an amazing patient base and delivering the best care for our patients and team.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations
• Manage ocular disease treatment and management
• Fit and evaluate contact lenses
• Provide co‑management services
• Utilize diagnostic equipment (Optos, IPL/RF, OCT, VF, iCare)
• Maintain patient records using Crystal EMR/PM
