Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Louisiana-licensed Optometrist to provide care 2–3 days per month at an established outpatient clinic in Alexandria, LA.

The Clinical Setting
You’ll provide optometry services inside an established, community-based outpatient clinic serving primarily senior patients. This is not a retail or high-volume optometry environment. Our providers work within a coordinated care model where the emphasis is on thorough, patient-centered care rather than rushing from one appointment to the next.
What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments
- Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions within your scope of practice
- Prescribe corrective lenses and make appropriate treatment recommendations
- Document patient encounters appropriately
- Communicate recommendations with the clinic's care team
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to an aging population

Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program
- Active and unrestricted Louisiana Optometry License
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Dependable and comfortable working independently
- Experience with senior or medically complex populations is helpful, but not required
