Job Responsibilities
- Patrol parking areas to enforce parking rules and regulations.
- Write violations, wheel lock cars and call tow company.
- Auxiliary with customers by helping customers make payment via a mobile application.
- Drive your own vehicle at work.
- (Includes monthly check for gas mileage reimbursement paid back to employee).
- Work outdoors in different seasons and weather.
- Experience working outdoors is helpful.
- Able to work with a supervisor, and able to work on your own with no supervisor.
- Training will be provided for small repairs such as damaged parking gates.
- Be able to attend bi-weekly remote meetings.
- Pick up and trash in parking locations.
- Provide great customer service by giving directions, teaching and showing customers how to use equipment.
Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Reliable transportation, must drive at work.
