Hot 103 Jamz, Kansas City’s #1 for Hip Hop, R&B, and Throwbacks, is seeking part-time On-Air Announcers/Board Operators.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of college radio and/or professional on-air experience

Skills

• Energetic and outgoing personality
• Great sounding voice and strong delivery
• Knowledge of and passion for urban culture and lifestyle
• Strong production and excellent board operation skills
• Proficient interviewing skills
• Creative with callers and phone interaction
• Passion for the Hip Hop and R&B music format
• Excellent content creation skills with an understanding of the importance of social media
• Team player with a goal-oriented mindset
• Remote broadcast experience and ability to assist with sales/promotional opportunities
• Strong writing and public speaking skills
• Community-oriented attitude
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, coachable, and ability to follow directions

Schedule

• Availability to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays
