Responsibilities

• Assess and plan interventions to improve functional abilities and independence for residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions to enhance daily living skills and activities of daily living.
• Evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Tennessee.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in an acute care or long-term care setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
