**Job Summary** We are looking for a part-time Nurse Practitioner to support medical and safety efforts onsite at a client location in Randleman, North Carolina. Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday 6:00am - 8:00am (4 hours per week) **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** **Employee Care, Treatment and Testing:** **Clinic Management** **Medical Records and Private Health Information** Maintains employee health records and databases. Computer data entry of all employee demographic and health information. Responsibly handles and guards Protected Health Information. Follows all applicable HIPAA laws, regulations, and guidelines. **Client Interaction:** Perform additional duties and assume additional responsibilities as identified by manager for the efficient operation of WorkCare. **Qualifications** **Education and Experience** Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in North Carolina Must have unrestricted DEA license. Current ACLS/BLS certifications. A minimum of 3 years advanced practice experience with prior occupational medicine preferred. **Skills and Competencies** Must be able to demonstrate the ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality. The ability to make independent decisions in accordance with company policy and procedures. Take initiative on issues that arise daily. Able to manage multiple priorities. Must have the ability to maintain a professional approach with others in job-demanding, multitasking and/or project support situations. **Computer Skills** Must be competent in the Windows operating system environment, Adobe Professional, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Teams) and learn other software (example: SAP, Cority, etc.) as needed. **Physical Demands** Requires sitting for long periods of time, working at a desk. Some bending and stretching could be required. Working under stress and use of computer/phone required. Manual dexterity required for use of computer keyboard. Occasionally may be required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel and/or crouch. May occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Require daily walk to & from parking lot to clinic. May drive emergency vehicle within the site when responding to an incident. **Work Environment** Mainly indoor, office environment conditions. The noise level is usually moderate. Air quality is good, and temperature is controlled. Clinic is located within the protected/regulated area Final compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications.
