Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team to deliver personalized care
- Administer medications and treatments
- Ensure safety and comfort
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Provide exceptional service to residents, families, and medical partners
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid, unencumbered state Nursing License
- At least 1 year of LPN experience
- Compassionate nature
- Strong work ethic
- Teamwork skills
- Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a plus
