Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care in a senior living environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team to provide personalized care

- Maintain accurate documentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners
- Provide compassionate, safe, and effective nursing care

Qualifications
- Valid, unencumbered state Nursing License
- At least 1 year of LPN experience
- Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a plus
