Part Time Night RN (PCU)

About the role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process and conceptual framework, ensuring professional accountability and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient care with other departments
• Manages cardiac and respiratory cases
• Responds to patient acuity levels that exceed floor care but do not require ICU
• Performs assessment, teamwork, and manages a fast-paced environment combining elements of ED and ICU

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license in the applicable state or compact licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or completed within 30 days of hire
