Part Time - Night Crew

About the Role

This position involves independently displaying and stocking products to support store operations, ensuring a positive guest experience, and maintaining safety and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, unloading, and stacking merchandise.
• Properly fill, rotate, and merchandise shelves, cases, and displays.
• Notify management when products or supplies need reordering.
• Maintain knowledge of products and their locations.
• Handle spoiled or damaged products according to guidelines.
• Keep departments clean, attractive, and well-stocked.
• Follow PPE, safety, food safety, and cleaning protocols.
• Ensure guest experience standards are met.
• Perform additional tasks across departments as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail or related experience is advantageous.
• Ability to read, write, interpret documents, and perform basic math.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Stand and walk extensively.
• Perform bending, stooping, and twisting.

Work Environment

The work environment includes varied temperatures and moderate noise levels.
