Part Time Night Auditor / Night Manager-TownePlace Suites Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach

Job Description

Responsible for the needs and safety of all guests, during the check-in and check-out process as well as in-house. Also, end of day balancing is required.

• Interfacing with the previous shift and managers to be updated on hotel activities.
• Provide expedient check-in/check-out service.
• Provide superior guest service.
• Entering/changing reservation information on PMS.
• Processing payments from guests.
• Provide guests with information concerning hotel policies and amenities/services.
• Review and reconcile daily accounting and entering into Inn-Flow database.

Requirements

• Must possess Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Clean background check, and reliable transportation a must.
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Able to handle comments and suggestions.

Qualifications

• Must have previous hospitality experience (preferred).

Pay

Commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Third shift, Friday and Saturday 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
