Responsibilities
- Balance and audit daily hotel transactions
- Complete end-of-day reports and credit card reconciliations
- Handle overnight front desk operations, including guest check-ins/check-outs
- Resolve guest questions or concerns during overnight hours
- Promote hotel amenities and services
- Maintain a calm, professional presence overnight

Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and basic accounting skills
- Customer service or front desk experience preferred
- Comfortable working overnight shifts independently
- Basic computer and math skills
