About the role
The night auditor is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of guest rooms, processing room charges, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all guest rooms are clean and safe for occupancy.
- Process room charges accurately and promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of room stays and transactions.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a hospitality setting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
