Part-Time Night Auditor (11pm-7am)

Position Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service during check-in and check-out
• Process reservations, guest registrations, and payments accurately
• Complete the nightly audit and prepare reports for hotel management
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and daily paperwork
• Monitor hotel safety and security through routine property inspections
• Respond professionally to guest questions, concerns, and requests
• Answer and direct phone calls while maintaining professional telephone etiquette
• Keep the front desk, lobby, and guest service areas clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Laundry duties as needed
• Report maintenance, safety, and security concerns promptly

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Dependable, professional, and punctual
• Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to perform routine property inspections, including stairs and exterior areas

Schedule

• Overnight shifts, typically 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekends and holidays required
