Part-time Nabisco Retail Merchandiser

About the role

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Nabisco, a subsidiary of Mondelēz International. As a Part Time Retail Merchandiser (Stocker), you will be an ambassador of world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit and other industry‑leading snacks. You will deliver merchandising needs for grocery customers by stocking shelves and building/maintaining displays, serving local retailers including Walmart, Kroger, Target and more.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, Belvita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit among others) are well represented, stocked and maintained on shelf and displays.
• Follow Sales Representative’s plans within stores and communicate any issues to the Mondelēz management team.
• Follow the daily route plan (store to store) prepared by the operations team for efficient in‑store service.
• Work closely with the sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform in a fast‑paced environment and meet defined physical activities such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Live within a 25‑35 mile radius of the primary location (Green Bay, WI) or secondary location (Ashwaubenon, WI).

Schedule

Schedule availability required: Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday.

Pay

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16.00‑$18.00 based on relevant experience.
