Part-time Nabisco Retail Merchandiser

About the role

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondelēz International as a Part‑Time Nabisco Merchandiser. You will fulfill merchandising needs through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Represent Mondelēz brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit and others, work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays, follow Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, ensure negotiated plans are followed, adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager, enhance seasonal sales and displays, support new product launches, and demonstrate a positive, upbeat attitude in‑store.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and build relationships with store personnel.
• Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays.
• Represent Mondelēz brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, etc.) in‑store.
• Work with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and create promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers and report any issues to Mondelēz management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and support new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive, upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasional pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location (Southwest San Antonio); secondary locations include San Antonio.
• Positive, professional attitude; self‑motivated and able to work independently.
