The Penn State Alumni Association is seeking a talented and experienced multimedia designer.
Responsibilities
- Work within project teams to understand marketing goals and audience needs and translate requirements into effective design solutions.
- Conceptualize, develop, and produce design solutions that meet project goals across a range of platforms including websites, social media, email, digital banner ads, presentations, and print channels.
- Provide updates to existing visual designs including resizing graphics for use on new platforms.
- Understand University and Penn State Alumni Association brand standards and adhere to and reinforce standards within design work to ensure brand consistency.
- Cook up design reviews and respond to feedback throughout the review process while maintaining best practices.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in multimedia design or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Demonstrable experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
