Responsibilities
- Maintain CAOHC certification.
- Travel to clients to perform audio testing.
- Communicate with clients prior to the job via email or telephone.
- Travel to offsite remote locations that may require overnight stays of multiple nights.
- Make travel arrangements prior to leaving for the jobsite.
- Maintain the mobile van with supplies.
- Load databases for your current client into laptop.
- Perform audiometer and booth calibrations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the mobile van before and after testing.
- Use Electronic DOT.
- Conduct hearing testing and examination.
- Assist supervisor with assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, accurate typing and data entry, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines, good troubleshooting and support skills for computer hardware and other equipment, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Education And Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, CAOHC certification a plus, Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
Travel
- This position is subject up to travel up to 90% of the time.
- Must be willing to work 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts with significant overnight travel.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of driving.
- Prolonged periods of standing.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Pre-Employment Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to maintain a clean driving record.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
