Part-Time Merchandising Associate

About the Role

A Merchandising Sales Associate supports store operations as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), handling tasks from planograms, signage, and price updates to merchandise assembly and signage maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Execute store resets, planograms, and visual standards accurately and efficiently.
• Install and update signage, perform price changes, and maintain signage integrity.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, uncovering needs, recommending products, and engaging in upselling using the GURA method.
• Communicate proactively with supervisors, resolve issues, and adapt to changing store needs.

Requirements

• Prior retail or merchandising experience required; knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision; able to complete assignments independently.

Physical & Work Environment

• Must be able to stand, kneel, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate equipment.
• Work typically indoors or on outdoor lots with moderate noise, involving physical activity and movement throughout the shift.
