About the role
Execute in-store tasks such as planograms, signage, price updates, and fixture assembly while ensuring visual standards and merchandise accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Support store layout initiatives
- Complete price and signage updates
- Assemble merchandise and fixtures
- Perform planogram reviews
- Provide excellent customer service using GURA principles (Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Ask for sale)
- Maintain safety standards
- Assist with store maintenance and recovery tasks
Requirements
- Prior retail or merchandising experience required
- Must be 18 or older
- Ability to read, write, count, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities preferred
