Part Time Merchandiser - Littleton, NH

About the role

American Greetings is seeking a Merchandiser to help showcase our product in various retail locations. The ideal candidate will work independently to display and maintain inventory levels of greetings cards, gift wrap accessories, party goods, and more.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, including merchandising and organizing product orders
• Display product within greeting card departments and other retail locations
• Maintain an organized backroom area
• Other inventory tasks as needed
• Communicate with management about service or schedule issues
• Utilize effective time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced retail environment
• Partner and build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime business hours
• Occasionally assist with store resets, including minor fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal
• Review and plan weekly service schedule and workload using a company-issued tablet
• Work on your own and with a team

Requirements

• No prior experience necessary, training provided
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Access to reliable transportation and internet
• Technological competency to use a company-issued tablet for training and daily activities
• Meet scheduling needs, including occasional weekends and major holiday periods

Pay

The starting pay is $14.40 per hour with increases to $15.20 after 6 months and $16.00 after 1 year of employment. The pay rate may vary based on work location.

Schedule

The weekly average hours are 2 hours, which may increase to an average of 5 hours per week around holidays. Ideal candidates should be available during daytime hours and specifically Monday mornings.
