Part Time Merchandiser - Hillsborough, NH

About the role

American Greetings is seeking a Merchandiser to help showcase our products and support our mission of making the world more thoughtful and caring.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, including merchandising and organizing product orders
• Display product within greeting card departments and other retail locations
• Maintain an organized backroom area
• Other inventory tasks as needed
• Communicate with management about service or schedule issues
• Utilize effective time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced retail environment
• Partner and build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime business hours
• Occasionally assist with store resets, including minor fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal
• Review and plan your weekly service schedule and workload using a company-issued tablet

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Access to reliable transportation and internet
• Technological competency to use a company-issued tablet for training and daily activities
• Meet scheduling needs, including occasional weekends and major holiday periods

Physical Demands

You will be working on the sales floor and backstock room. You must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 40 pounds, stand, walk, stoop, and squat throughout the workday. A stepstool may be used to complete some tasks.
