Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through engaging interactions and embodying customer experience principles.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Support operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to assist in multiple store areas and support store recovery.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and uphold merchandising standards.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and store organization while participating in shrink reduction initiatives.
• Provide and accept feedback, adhere to policies, and support a positive store culture.
• Process transactions accurately and perform other assigned tasks.
