Part-Time Merchandise Associate (Morning Shift)

Support operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Cross-train to assist in multiple store areas, support store recovery, promote credit and loyalty programs, and uphold merchandising standards. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and store organization while participating in shrink reduction initiatives. Provide and accept feedback, adhere to policies, and support a positive store culture. Qualifications & Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong communication and organizational abilities, multitasking capability, flexibility, and physical ability to lift heavy objects. Retail experience preferred. Key Duties: Model customer experience practices, process transactions accurately, support store recovery, promote programs, uphold cleanliness, participate in safety and shrink reduction efforts, and perform other assigned tasks.
