Role And Responsibilities Responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Supports a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately processes transactions, promotes credit and loyalty programs, and follows merchandising procedures. Contributes to store recovery, cleanliness, safety, and shrink reduction initiatives. May be cross-trained to support various store functions and assist in maintaining a safe, organized environment. Qualifications And Skills Possesses strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Capable of multi-tasking, responding to changing situations, and lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation. Works effectively with team members and supports a collaborative environment. Retail experience is preferred.
