Merchandise Associate - Morning Shift

About the role

Deliver exceptional customer experiences by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process transactions and promote credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising procedures and maintain merchandising standards
• Contribute to store recovery, cleanliness, safety, and shrink reduction initiatives
• Model customer experience practices and support store culture and safety
• Handle transactions accurately and participate in store recovery and cleanliness
• Support loss prevention and shrink reduction programs
• Accept feedback and contribute to a positive work environment
• May be cross-trained to support various store functions and assist in maintaining a safe, organized environment

Requirements

• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Capable of multi-tasking and responding to changing situations
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation
• Works effectively with team members and supports a collaborative environment
• Retail experience is preferred
